Training Grounds is our ongoing Saturday pickleball program for developing players ages 4-12. Children improve their skills, consistency, court awareness, and confidence through structured training and game experience. Schedule: Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Venue: 3rd Level, Paloo PH Pickleball Courts, SM City Marikina
Capacity: Maximum of 12 players per session

Each Training Day includes:
⭐ 3 hours of structured pickleball training with progressive skills-based curriculum
⭐ Small-group coaching with 2-3 certified coaches
⭐ Age-appropriate drills, games, and guided play
⭐ Court rental and use of all training equipment
⭐ Complimentary use of paddle for players without paddle yet

Training Options:
💙 Single Training Day: ₱1,300
💙 3 Training Credits + 1 Game Day: ₱3,500, valid for 4 months (SAVE ₱1,000)
💙 6 Training Credits + 2 Game Days: ₱6,900, valid for 6 months (SAVE ₱2,100)
💙 9 Training Credits + 3 Game Days: ₱10,200, valid for 8 months (SAVE ₱3,300)

1 Training Credit is used per Training Day. Sessions do not need to be attended consecutively. Package validity begins on the 1st booked Training Day.

Game Days feature organized matches, mini-games, scorekeeping, and friendly competition. Included Game Days do not use Training Credits.

The optional base Training Grounds shirt is available for ₱350.

Advance booking is required. All dates are subject to availability and schedule changes. Complete beginners may be advised to begin with the GetHooked Beginners Clinic for Kids.

WAIVERS AND AGREEMENTS

Youth Participation Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Medical Consent, and Data Privacy Agreement(Required)

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, understand that participation in pickleball and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, muscle strain, or other injuries.

I knowingly and voluntarily allow my child to participate in the program and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge HookedPickleball, its coaches, assistants, volunteers, officers, and representatives and its partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from my child’s participation in the program, including those arising from ordinary negligence.

This waiver applies during all program activities, including training sessions, games, and related events.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless HookedPickleball from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my child’s participation, except where prohibited by law.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of injury or illness, I authorize HookedPickleball staff to administer basic first aid and to seek emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary.

I understand that all medical expenses incurred shall be my responsibility.

DATA PRIVACY NOTICE

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), I understand and agree that:

1. Personal data collected (including names, contact details, emergency information, medical notes, and consent selections) will be used solely for:

o Program administration and communication
o Participant safety and emergency response
o Legal, insurance, and compliance requirements

2. Personal data will be accessed only by authorized personnel and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except:

o When required by law
o In the event of a medical emergency
o For insurance or legal purposes

3. Reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards are in place to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

As a parent or legal guardian, I understand that I have the right to:

• Be informed about how my child’s data is collected and used
• Access my child’s personal data
• Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information
• Withdraw consent for data or media use at any time by written request

Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use only and will not affect data already lawfully processed.

I CONFIRM THAT: (1) I have read and understood this entire document, (2) I voluntarily agree to its terms, and (3) I consent to the collection and processing of my child’s personal data as described above.
