Join us for a special FREE pickleball open play for kids and adults in partnership with SM City Marikina as part of the SM Active Hub Anniversary celebration.

Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
Time: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (before mall hours)
Venue: 3rd Level Pickleball Courts, SM City Marikina

🚸 This form is for KIDS (ages 10 & below) participants only 🚸
All other participants must register separately via Reclub, even if accompanying a child.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

— Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times. Please do not leave them unattended.

— This is an open play session (not a structured clinic). Players will rotate and manage games accordingly.

— Some members of Team HookedPickleball may only be present during the early part of the event.

Additional Notes:

— Bring your own paddle if you have one (paddle rental available on site).

— Wear comfortable athletic attire and non-marking shoes.

— Bring your own hydration.

This form is for kids sign-up and shirt reservation.

The first 20 registered kids will be reserved event shirts.

For Adult and Older Kids Participants:
Adult and Older Kids slots are managed separately via the HookedPickleball Reclub.
